Archit is a Solicitor of England and Wales with over eight years of legal experience and more than a decade in the UAE. As Managing Partner of the Group, he advises corporations, financial institutions and HNWIs on corporate structuring, M&A, commercial transactions and real estate law.
Archit’s career spans across industries such as contracting, construction, oil & gas, commodities and food & beverage. His expertise extends into shipping, estate planning and cross-border corporate structuring, providing clients with comprehensive legal and commercial solutions tailored to complex regional and international requirements.
Academically, Archit holds a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science from the University of Essex, a Law degree from the University of Leicester, and both an LPC and LLM from the University of Law, Birmingham. This multidisciplinary foundation, combined with his practice as a Solicitor of England and Wales, equips him with a unique perspective that bridges technical legal expertise with practical business advisory.
